  • Each pooled library is qualified by NGS to ensure equal representation of gRNAs
  • Choose vector with gRNA expression or gRNA + Cas9 (All-in-One) expression
  • Each vector type expresses one gRNA targeting the gene and contains puromycin selection marker
  • Plasmid DNA ships in 2-4 business days, lentiviral packaging requires an additional 2 weeks
