Let Transomic build your custom CRISPR arrays using any of our pCLIP lentiviral vectors.  Share your target gene list with us and we will use our CRoatan algorithm to design gRNAs targeting each gene. Or if preferred, share your gRNA designs for cloning into our lentiviral vector, or a lentiviral vector that you provide to us. Each clone is sequence-verified and arrayed into 96-well plates. We can deliver glycerol stocks, plasmid DNA, and/or ready-to-use lentiviral particles in 96-well plates.

 


Workflow:

  • Select the appropriate pCLIP lentiviral vector or provide us with your lentiviral vector
  • Share your gene list and the number of gRNAs needed for targeting each gene
  • The CRoatan algorithm is used to design gRNAs. Alternatively, we can use your gRNA designs
  • Oligos are synthesized and cloned into your choice of lentiviral vector
  • Each clone is sequence-verified and arrayed into 96 well plates


Deliverable:

  • 96 well plates of glycerol stocks, plasmid DNA, and/or ready-to-use lentiviral particles


Timeline:

  • As few as 12 weeks for 1,000 glycerol stock clones
