Lentiviral Cloning Vectors

Transomic Technologies offers a large selection of lentiviral cloning vectors for CRISPR, shRNA and Gene Expression applications. A menu of promoters, selectable markers and fluorescent reporters allow you to customize your vector for your specific application.

All vectors have been optimized for efficient packaging into lentiviral particles and have been made self-inactivating (SIN) via a deletion in 3' LTR (

ΔU3

). The cloning vectors are compatible with 2^nd, 3^rd, or 4^th generation lentiviral packaging systems.

For your convenience and budget, all vectors are offered as glycerol stocks, giving you unlimited supply of the cloning vector. Refer to our Cloning Guidelines

for additional information.

Cloning vectors are typically shipped the same day the order is placed.
